Screening Fees

Flat Rate: 416 CAD per day (plus tax)

Fixed Pricing: You can host your screening at a flat rate of 416 CAD per day, regardless of the number of attendees.
Outbound Shipping: The fee above includes the cost of shipping the screening materials from our office to the organizer.
Return Shipping: The cost of returning the screening materials to our office is the responsibility of the organizer.

We utilize a Tiered Pricing System based on the cost-of-living index of each country. Please refer to [this price list] for details.

Fixed Fee (Paid or Free): The same flat rate applies whether you charge an admission fee or offer the screening for free.
Extended or Large-Scale Screenings: For consecutive screenings over an extended period or events held in large-scale venues, please contact us for a customized quote.
Cancellation Policy: We cannot accept cancellations or offer refunds once the screening materials have been shipped.
Asset Management: The reproduction, unauthorized diversion, or use of the rental materials at any location other than the authorized venue is strictly prohibited by law. In the event of unauthorized use, loss, or damage to the materials (Blu-ray/DCP), the organizer will be liable for a penalty fee and the actual replacement costs of the materials.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via Credit Card, Bank Transfer, or e-Transfer. Any transaction fees are to be covered by the organizer.
